1. Final charges after pharmacy transmission
Once a prescription has been transmitted to a pharmacy, all related charges are final and non-refundable. This may include medication charges, shipping fees, platform access fees, consultation fees, and other amounts shown during checkout or plan confirmation.
No refund is available after an order has been sent to the pharmacy, even if fulfillment or shipment has not yet been completed.
2. Role of Lychee Meds
Lychee Meds provides non-clinical platform access, coordination tools, administrative support, and customer support. Lychee Meds does not provide medical care, make clinical decisions, dispense medication, package prescriptions, or ship medication.
Medical review and prescription decisions are handled by independent licensed healthcare providers. Dispensing and fulfillment are handled by regulated pharmacy partners. Pharmacy selection depends on availability, state rules, provider direction, and pharmacy operations, and may change as needed.
3. Platform access fees
Lychee Meds may charge platform access fees for non-clinical services such as website access, administrative support, care coordination tools, and customer service. Once platform access has been made available, these fees are generally non-refundable. They are not refundable after a prescription is sent to a pharmacy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Provider review and medical services
Provider consultations and intake reviews are performed by independent licensed healthcare providers. Once a provider reviews your completed health intake, requests follow-up information, or issues a prescription, consultation or provider review fees are generally non-refundable.
Questions about eligibility, clinical judgment, prescription decisions, or treatment appropriateness should be directed to the licensed provider.
5. Refunds before pharmacy transmission
If a licensed provider determines that you are not eligible for treatment based on your completed intake, and no prescription has been issued or transmitted to a pharmacy, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that order.
Once a prescription is issued or sent to a pharmacy, refunds are no longer available, regardless of whether the pharmacy has completed fulfillment.
6. Cancellations and intake corrections
After an order is placed, there may be a short window to cancel or correct intake information before a prescription is sent to a pharmacy. That window depends on how quickly the intake is reviewed and how quickly pharmacy transmission occurs.
If you need to cancel an order or correct information, contact Lychee Meds immediately. Text message support, when available, is usually the fastest way to reach the team. Email requests may not be reviewed quickly enough to stop pharmacy transmission. After an order is sent to the pharmacy, cancellation is no longer available and no refund will be issued.
7. Prescription medications and fulfillment
Prescription medications are prepared and dispensed by state-licensed or otherwise authorized pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded medications, when prescribed, may be prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A. After a prescription is transmitted to a pharmacy, the order is final, the medication is non-refundable, the medication cannot be returned or resold, and the pharmacy may continue with processing, fulfillment, and shipment.
Compounded medications may be prepared for a specific patient. Lychee Meds does not control pharmacy processing times, fulfillment timelines, or pharmacy refund decisions after transmission.
8. Shipping fees
Shipping fees, when applicable, are determined by the dispensing pharmacy or fulfillment partner. Once a prescription order has been sent to the pharmacy, shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
9. Failed or incomplete intakes
If required intake information is missing or incomplete, refund eligibility depends on whether provider review or pharmacy transmission has already occurred. Refunds are not available once an order has been sent to a pharmacy.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact Lychee Meds support before filing a chargeback. A chargeback submitted after pharmacy transmission may be disputed with supporting documentation and may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
11. Changes to this policy
Lychee Meds may revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page.
12. Contact information
