Shipping Policy

This policy explains how prescription medications and related care items are fulfilled and delivered when accessed through Lychee Meds.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

1. Role of Lychee Meds

Lychee Meds does not manufacture, dispense, package, or ship prescription medication. Medication is dispensed and shipped by independent pharmacies that are licensed, registered, or otherwise authorized to operate in accordance with applicable law. Prescriptions are issued only by licensed healthcare providers when they determine treatment is clinically appropriate.

Lychee Meds provides non-clinical website access, coordination tools, and administrative support. We do not control pharmacy operations or carrier delivery services.

2. Pharmacy fulfillment

If a licensed provider approves treatment and writes a prescription, that prescription may be sent to a licensed pharmacy for review and fulfillment. The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for processing, packaging, shipping, and providing shipment information when available.

Shipping methods, carriers, processing times, and tracking details may vary based on medication type, dosage, state requirements, pharmacy location, pharmacy workflow, and the destination address.

3. Shipping timeframes

Any delivery estimate is provided by the dispensing pharmacy or carrier and is not guaranteed by Lychee Meds. Shipments can be delayed for reasons outside of our control, including prescription verification, medication availability, carrier service issues, compliance checks, or pharmacy processing timelines.

4. Weather, safety, and external conditions

Delivery may also be affected by factors such as extreme heat or cold, storms, natural disasters, regional shipping interruptions, supply chain disruptions, public health events, or carrier limitations. In some situations, a pharmacy may hold, reschedule, or change a shipment method to help protect medication integrity or satisfy safety and regulatory requirements.

5. Shipping costs

If shipping fees apply, they are determined by the dispensing pharmacy or fulfillment partner. Shipping costs are generally included in the pricing shown during intake, checkout, or plan confirmation. Lychee Meds does not separately set medication shipping fees outside the fulfillment process.

6. Address accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during intake and fulfillment. Lychee Meds is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or other issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable address information.

7. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If a shipment is lost, delayed, damaged, or otherwise appears incorrect, contact the dispensing pharmacy using the information provided in your patient portal, shipment confirmation, or pharmacy communication. Lychee Meds may help with general administrative questions, but the pharmacy and carrier control shipment handling and delivery operations.

8. Shipping restrictions

Some medications, pharmacies, or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state law, pharmacy policy, provider judgment, supply, or compliance requirements. Pharmacy selection and fulfillment eligibility can change based on availability and may be adjusted by the provider, pharmacy, or fulfillment partner.

9. Questions

For questions about a specific prescription shipment, review the communication from the dispensing pharmacy or your patient portal. For general questions about Lychee Meds platform access, contact hello@lycheemeds.com or visit www.lycheemeds.com.
